How is Corona Virus handled by The Space Organisers?

We continue to follow the recommendations here in Sweden, as seen on the Public Health Authority website. We adapt our services to ensure The Space Organisers and our clients are kept safe. Regular hand sanitizing and the application of masks are as standard. During our initial consultation we will discuss how our visit will take place. We also offer virtual support services if you prefer us not to enter your home or space.

How do I find the time to have The Space Organisers come into my home and work?

Depending on your needs we have a variety of different packages which we would discuss with you during our initial consultation. Using the information we gather we will be able to send you a quote for the time and resources needed to complete the project so that this cost is agreed upon before we begin.

By using our service you will regain time, space, and even money through finding things that you can sell. Remember, less clutter in a space means that tidying and cleaning become a much more efficient job too.

How would The Space Organisers know where to store everything of mine in a purposeful way to me?

During our initial consultation, we will spend time gaining information on how you live and your daily habits. This helps us to plan a space to optimise efficiency and accessibility. At the end of a project, you are then given an orientation session to familiarise yourself with your new space.

How do I sustain the changes and not go back to my old ways?

The Space Organisers aim to create spaces that ensure items are easy to access both in physicality but also through understanding how you use different items. By ensuring that all items have a home it means that tidying away is seamless and straightforward.

What if I am not happy with the service?

The Space Organisers will always involve you in the planning process before we begin so that you have an idea of what your new space will look like and how it will function. We are happy to work to your specific needs and desires. We always ask clients for feedback after a project is completed and this is used to support us in development and training.

Where does all my clutter and waste go?

If you have chosen to have your unwanted items removed by us, we have a whole host of various places that these items will end up, depending on what they are. You can read more about this on our Sustainability page.

How do The Space Organisers ensure my privacy is respected?

We offer a friendly, non-judgemental service and respect your privacy at all times. You may be quite happy to tell your friends and family about your upcoming projects or share your success stories with them as you will feel a sense of pride and calm in your new home. 

There may be times when we ask you if we can take before and after photos but this is entirely up to you and will be decided before we begin.

How does the tax deduction work?

On some of our services, all or part of the cost may be tax deductible. At the time of purchase, you pay 50 % of the labor cost. The Space Organisers administers your tax reduction with the Swedish Tax Agency. You can read more about this under Services.

Do The Space Organisers also organise the removal company during a full home move?

This is something that we are happy to do on your behalf if you choose this service. We are able to guide you through different options for removal options.
